Additional Information on Our Educational Courses

your educational course application becomes binding when you submit the registration form.

To obtain a certificate of course completion, you must attend the entire course.

For employer-paid courses, the participant pledges to attend by submitting the application, and the employer’s designated person agrees by making the payment. Please identify that person in your registration form.

At least one week before the course start date, we will e-mail detailed information about the course or any changes to the contacts identified in the registration form.
- Your invoice will be e-mailed at least one week before course start date. Course price includes the lecturers’ work for the entire duration of the course, any lease paid for the training premises, and light refreshments (tea, water, coffee). Accommodation and meals are not included unless otherwise stated.
- If the course is full, we prioritize participants who have applied earlier, but you are welcome to join the wait list.
Cancellation terms
You can cancel your participation by e-mail at in-ius@in-ius.cz.
By submitting your application, you also agree to the following cancellation terms:
- Cancellations made within 1 month to 14 days before course start date are subject to a cancellation fee of 70% of course price.
- Cancellations made later than 14 days before course start date are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of course price.
- If a participant cannot attend for serious reasons, their organization can send a substitute.
Course cancellation
- In IUSTITIA may move or cancel the course for serious reasons (ill lecturer etc.) or if the course is not filled to capacity.
- If we cancel a course, the participant is entitled to a refund without submitting their own cancellation.
Personal Data Processing Information
In IUSTITIA, o.p.s. handles your personal data in accordance with applicable laws, namely Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on Personal Data Protection, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council. The area of personal data protection is supervised by the Office for Personal Data Protection. You can turn to it with your motions or complaints.
The personal data obtained from your application (full name, date and place of birth) is processed in accordance with applicable laws and for the purpose of preparing and registering the certificates of course completion. The name of your employer, if needed, is processed to satisfy the donors who have enabled us to provide for free a course that is typically paid by participants. Your e-mail address and telephone number is processed for further communication about implementing education.
The personal data and contact information provided by you will be retained while the rights and obligations arising from our contract (course implementation) remain in effect and in addition for the time required for archiving purposes, in accordance with general binding laws and regulations, but at most for the time foreseen by general binding laws and regulations. The data provided by you is retained in an internal database that is secured and can only be accessed by authorized personnel of In IUSTITIA, o.p.s.
The information about the attack you have shared with us will not be transferred to third parties.
If you have participated in an accredited course, access to the information provided by you may be granted to government bodies in case of accrediting the educational programme or checking compliance with such accreditation.
If you have participated in a free course funded by a donor, access to the information provided by you may be granted to that donor or, if applicable, government bodies in case of checks.
You are legally entitled to check what kind of information about you we are processing. In addition, you have the right to have your personal data rectified or erased or to have its processing restricted. Last but not least, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to data portability.
